Homeowners winning property value appeals, get reduction worth $36K back on average

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The majority of homeowners who appeal their property values in Hamilton County win their cases and get a reduction worth on average about $36,000. That’s according to an analysis conducted by Local 12 which looks at five years of data from the county Board of Revision, the body that handles appeals over property values.
