The Cincinnati Zoo has so much to celebrate and they’re not wasting any time.
On February 7, 2024, the official TikTok account for the Cincinnati Zoo shared a video celebrating one of their residents on her very special birthay. Take a look!
In a one-minute video, the zoo gave its spotlight to Bibi for her special birthday.

In the clip, Bibi is hanging out in her enclosure, taking a quick nap. She wakes up when the caretaker pops by to say hi because she can see they’ve come with a treat.
“Come here, Bibi,” the caretaker calls out while the video gives a larger view of all the hippos Bibi is hanging out with.
She then gets real close to the camera and opens up her mouth wide so the caretaker can throw a full cantalope into her mouth.
The treat was to celebrate the hippo’s 25th birthday! But that’s not the only treat she received. She also munched on lettuce and cauliflower. And got a big nose rub from her caretaker, too.
