Matt Maupin’s legacy lives on through support center 20 years after his death

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – It has been nearly 20 years since the death of Army Staff Sergeant Matt Maupin. On April 9, 2004, he was taken captive by Iraqi insurgents and killed. To this day, his father, Keith Maupin, is keeping his legacy going by helping soldiers through the Yellow Ribbon Support Center.
