CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Winter’s not over yet: A cold front arrives later this week and with that a chance of snow. It’s been the warmest start to a February since 1938 in Cincinnati. Through the first 12 days it is the sixth-warmest on record, with an average temperature of 43.6 degrees.
