CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A woman is recovering after she says she was hit by a semi-truck on I-75 and dragged a quarter of a mile. Kaitlin Ryckman was moved out of the intensive care unit at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where she had been treated since Saturday after her crash.
