CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The city and the Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. on Monday will close Elm Street in front of the Duke Energy Convention Center, creating a massive amount of new pedestrian space. Elm Street is closing between Fifth & Sixth streets for the Duke Energy Convention Center renovation.
