WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) – The West Chester Police Department is investigating a couple for animal cruelty after two dogs were removed from the property on Sunday. Neighbors are concerned about four children who live in the home after they removed the dogs from the house on Wakeshire Drive.
