According to the National Weather Service, “Abundant sunshine and seasonably mild temperatures will prevail through the first half of the workweek.” The tranquility in the weather is attributed to an “anomalously dry air” that has settled into the Ohio Valley, prompting daytime temperatures to reach around 80 degrees, a couple of ticks above the normal, due to extensive dry air in place and the preceding dry ground conditions.
