Dan Orlovsky Names the One QB Patrick Mahomes ‘Doesn’t Want to See’

ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky appeared on ” First Take ” Monday morning and discussed the Kansas City Chiefs ‘ dramatic victory over the Cincinnati Bengals , which hinged on a pass interference call on 4th and 16.

Orlovsky noted that Kansas City was outplayed in nearly every aspect of the game. While he credited the Chiefs for their ability to secure the win, he also suggested they were “lucky” to come out on top.

The Bengals outperformed the Chiefs in several key metrics: they forced more turnovers, passed for more yards, recorded more sacks, and controlled the time of possession. Despite these advantages, they fell 26-25 on the road after Harrison Butker’s game-winning 51-yard field goal as time expired.

Dan Orlovsky highlighted on “First Take” that despite the close call, the Chiefs’ win was a testament to their resilience. He pointed out that Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs would likely prefer to avoid facing Joe Burrow and the Bengals in the postseason, as Cincinnati has proven to be the team that consistently gives them the most trouble.
