Drought monitor: Severe to exceptional drought conditions expand across Ohio

CINCINNATI – As we continue to see a lack of rain across our area, weather officials have moved parts of Greater Cincinnati into a “severe” drought. According to the U.S. Drought Monitor, which is authored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, counties such as Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Montgomery are in the “severe drought” category.
