CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Local veterans want fellow service members to know they have a safe place to help with mental health recovery. Amber Ndubuisi, local veteran and service officer outreach manager for the Hamilton County Veterans Service Commission, wants other former military members to know there are community resources available to help those struggling with mental health.
