It’s time to dust off the ol’ art supply bin for The Enquirer’s 36th Annual Dress the Turkey Contest, presented by the Cincinnati Art Museum – a time-honored tradition for budding artists, political satirists and mega sports fans alike.
Slap a hat on ’em, give the bird a jersey and a ball, have ’em hold a sign of Cincinnati pride … go ham with your turkey! But we do have one very strict rule: You must have fun. No exceptions.

How to enter the 2024 Dress the Turkey contest
- Step 1 : Download your blank gobbler at bit.ly/gobbler24 .
- Step 2 : Dress the bird with whatever you want! Crayons, paint, glitter, wood shavings, Pepto Bismol dust …. whatever! Let your freak flag fly.
- Step 3 : Take a good, well-lit photo and upload your finished masterpiece at bit.ly/turkeys2024 .
Date and rules and stuff
To participate, take a photo of your gobbler (or scan it) and submit by 5 p.m. Nov. 17. Judges will pick a top bird in three age categories: 12 and under, 13-20, and 21 and up, as well as the best overall turkey winner. Winners take home $100 each from The Enquirer.
