TURTLECREEK TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) – The death of an inmate at a state prison in Warren County is under investigation, the coroner confirms. His body was found around 6:15 a.m. Monday inside his cell at the Lebanon Correctional Institution off Ohio 63 in Turtlecreek Township east of Interstate 71, according to Dr. Russell Uptegrove.
