(PINPOINT WEATHER) — Good evening and happy Sunday Funday! As expected, we saw a lot more cloud cover with showers moving in this evening. The wet weather tonight will continue through your Veterans Day before we see some drier weather for the middle of the week. Temperatures will also take a serious nosedive for midweek as well with more showers possible Thursday. In the Gulf, Rafael is now a remnant low and will dissipate further.
As for tonight and Veterans Day, showers moving in this evening will continue overnight with some thunderstorms possibly mixed in as well. The lows tonight will be in the mid to upper 50s. More rain is expected for Veterans Day, especially during the morning hours when some thunderstorms are possible as well. We should see some clearer conditions during the afternoon hours along with temperatures warming into the low 70s.
The middle of the week looks to be some of the cooler days we have seen in a while with highs staying in the upper 50s Wednesday, and with a quick-moving storm system Thursday highs might not even break the 50-degree mark. Showers Thursday will quickly move out with dry conditions returning for Friday and next weekend along with seasonal highs in the mid-60s.
