Growing nonprofit buys Loveland building for $3.9M

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A growing nonprofit bought a Loveland building for $3.9 million. The property was purchased by Impacting Tomorrow, a nonprofit founded in 2006 by Ken and Libby Tracy that serve health care facilities across the U.S. and distributes food and clothing to more than 450 households every week. The new 41,800-square-foot industrial building will allow the nonprofit to continue to scale operations.
