CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Bengals wide receiver faces a possible eviction and lawsuit from his landlord, according to recently filed court documents. According to a court summons filed in the Hamilton County Municipal Court on Dec. 27, Bengals wide receiver Jermaine Burton is being sued by Radius Acquisition, which owns the Radius at the Banks apartments where Burton lived.
