10:30 p.m.
The southbound lanes of I-71 are open again after a roughly 7-hour backup due to a cluster of semi-trucks stuck in the snow and ice at the on-ramp to the Brent Spence Bridge.
10 p.m.
Rumpke has suspended all trash and recycling services on Monday. Services will resume Tuesday, Jan. 7, and Rumpke will operate on a one-day delay the rest of the week.
9:45 p.m.
Multiple counties in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana are under Level 3 or RED snow emergencies. These are the most severe of the snow emergency levels, and roadways are restricted to emergency personnel.
