Rivers around Ohio are swelling after severe storms, rain. Will it flood? See the levels

Strong storms overnight cut power to thousands in Ohio and may have spawned a few tornados .

It also brought plenty of rain. According to the National Weather Service, an inch or more of rain fell between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Thursday in places around Southwest Ohio.
