A man, only known as Scott, purchased a VIP Millions for $50 at UDF’s location on Princeton Road in Liberty Township in southwestern Ohio on April 1, according to the Ohio Lottery.
While scratching off the ticket, Scott realized he had won a prize that wasn’t listed, or so he thought. He wasn’t wearing his glasses, so he didn’t see the correct number…
