CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A mistrial has been declared in the trial of Christian Henderson, one of two individuals charged in connection with the death of Luke Macke.
Macke was found shot after police responded to a car crash on Harrison Avenue in Westwood in June 2021.
The jury deliberated for four days before the mistrial was declared. Henderson is scheduled to return to court next week to determine the next steps in the case…
