BELLEVUE, Ky. (WKRC) – A suspected drunk driver knocked out power to the Bellevue Kroger and some surrounding businesses Thursday morning.
Police say they spotted Ty Overstreet speeding south on Riviera. The officers were headed in the other direction. By the time they turned around, they say Overstreet had already crashed into a light pole in the Kroger parking lot, causing a transformer to blow.
