Fundraiser for man who allegedly killed deputy sparks controversy amid murder charges

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — The family of Rodney Hinton Jr., who is currently jailed without bond in Clermont County for allegedly killing a sheriff’s deputy, is trying again to raise money online for his legal defense and care.

This time, it appears they will be getting the funding.

Hinton faces several charges, including aggravated murder, with the possibility of the death penalty. He’s accused of killing Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy Larry Henderson with his car earlier in May.
