CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A local man, Victor Wilson, is suing two Cincinnati police officers and the city for $750,000, claiming he was wrongfully arrested after a 911 call to report a “violent group” threatening his family.
Wilson said that when police arrived, the group retreated. He requested the officers remain on the scene until the group dispersed completely. However, according to Wilson, the police left, and the group returned, attempting to attack his family.
In response, Wilson fired shots into the air to disperse the group. Police returned and charged him with improper discharge of a firearm. Wilson was later acquitted of the charges…
