CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A $150 million mixed-use project has opened in Cincinnati’s northern suburb of Deerfield Township designed as the new town square and downtown of the community it occupies.
Blue Ash-based Silverman & Co. in early June, more than two years after a groundbreaking event, welcomed the first residents to its 120-unit District at Deerfield apartment complex, located off Mason Montgomery Road two traffic lights north of Interstate 71.
