CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A nonprofit gym serving at-risk youth is at risk of closing by the City of Cincinnati due to unsafe conditions, but tenants claim that the building owner continued to lease the building despite the existing safety violations.
Victor Addis founded Cincinnati Strict Curl on 1275 Budd Street as a resource for teens facing adversity. He noted, “So our purpose for this building space was to have a gym for at-risk kids and let them come and train with us for free. And that was our way to give back.”
