AVONDALE, Ohio (WKRC) — Authorities are searching for 19-year-old Josiah Washington, who is accused of holding a woman against her will and pistol-whipping her.
Washington is wanted on charges of felonious assault and felony abduction. Police reported that Washington also punched and kicked the victim during the incident.
