CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A 19-year-old man is under arrest in connection with the accidental shooting of a 10-year-old child in Cincinnati.
Kenuel Collins-Ferrell is held without bond at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a misdemeanor charge of negligent assault.
