CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Mordecia Black, who was released from prison in January and was accused of killing an Over-the-Rhine business owner, had nearly 70 discipline violations during his nearly nine years in prison.
Black, who was not on parole but under post-release control, allegedly cut off his ankle bracelet and went missing earlier this year before allegedly killing Patrick Heringer in the Heringer home. Police arrested him soon thereafter.
