‘It’s an outrage’: Multiple Greater Cincinnati apartments declared public nuisance

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A judge has declared the Kirby Avenue apartments in Mt. Airy a public nuisance due to ongoing issues with bugs, mold, and non-functioning utilities.

The ruling follows complaints from tenants and the city about the living conditions.
