Cincinnati Children’s and Christ Hospital are continuing their expansion into Northern Kentucky with two new buildings in Campbell County’s Cold Spring set to open in 2028.
Each 45,000-square-foot medical office building will be constructed as a part of a $49 million complex that also includes four retail buildings. Together, they’ll be known as the Cold Spring Town Center, located at the intersection of Alexandria Pike (U.S. 27) and Industrial Road (KY 8).
Once open, the complex will be each hospital system’s second location in Cold Spring. Cincinnati Children’s already has five locations in Kentucky, while Christ Hospital has four.
