Traveling teens in stolen vehicles are major problem, prosecutor says

WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) – The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office says teens coming from outside of the county and committing crimes is becoming a primary criminal justice issue.

According to Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell, these traveling teens commit crimes, but never face a judge from within the jurisdiction where the crime happened.
