$2 million bond set for man arrested in connection with fatal June shooting

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – On Saturday, a Hamilton County judge set a $2 million bond for an 18-year-old accused in a fatal shooting that occurred in Evanston in early June.

Court documents show that Ajani Grimes is facing one charge of murder in connection with the shooting death of 47-year-old Laura Schueler.

On June 7, police were called to the 1500 block of Jonathon Avenue, where they found Schueler dead with a gunshot wound, according to a statement from the Cincinnati Police Department.
