SOUTHGATE, Ky. (WKRC) — Concerns are mounting over the maintenance of Evergreen Cemetery, one of the largest cemeteries in the Tri-State area, following complaints of poor upkeep and overgrown grounds.
Family members of those buried at the cemetery have expressed their dissatisfaction with the conditions.
