ELSMERE, Ky. (WKRC) – The coroner and Norfolk Southern officials responded to a stopped train on Tuesday.
The train stopped around 1 a.m. near Main Street and Palace Avenue in Elsmere, Kentucky. There was a police presence at the scene, along with officials from Norfolk Southern.
