MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WKRC) – Smack dab in the middle of downtown Middletown, a giant surveillance camera is getting a lot of attention and raising eyebrows.
While business owners say it’s working to keep violence down, others feel it’s alienating. Now, Middletown leaders, business owners, and homeless advocates are working together to find a long-term solution to prevent disturbances caused by homeless individuals.
