The Hillman Group has signed a lease for a new corporate headquarters on the old Forest Fair Mall property, where it plans to “consolidate operations from multiple Cincinnati sites over time.”
It’s a big win for Forest Park, which will retain its largest employer and eliminate a blighted mall in the same deal.
