Clermont County woman accused of slowly starving her dog to death

CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – A Clermont County woman is in jail, charged in a disturbing case of animal cruelty.

Victoria Shoopman, 61, was arraigned Tuesday morning on charges of cruelty to a companion animal.
