CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A 27-year-old man is expected to recover after he was shot in his face in College Hill late Thursday, according to Cincinnati police.
It happened in the 1100 block of Groesbeck Road around 8:19 p.m., said Captain Stephen Bower.
