CINCINNATI (WKRC) — Loud music, crowds, and even cars on the sidewalk are what one resident says is an ongoing problem in the area where violence unfolded downtown on Saturday.
A resident, who does not want to be identified for safety reasons, told Local 12 that since Memorial Day she has called the city at least 16 times—including just hours before the fight broke out.
The chaos on Saturday unfolded right outside a busy nightclub called Love on Fourth. The woman said temporary fencing blocked much of the sidewalk, making it hard for anyone to get by.
