NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WXIX) – Police confirm they are investigating after a man was shot in a vehicle on the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway early Monday.
The victim, who is in his 20s, was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Mt. Healthy police.
