CINCINNATI (WXIX) – An Avondale woman is calling for the arrest of the woman who slashed her face with a box cutter.
Ciera Sims told FOX 19 on Monday that she had been in conflict with a woman who claimed Sims was carrying on a relationship with her boyfriend.
