CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Police want to identify a man they say stole from one of the victims of the brawl downtown on July 26.
They say the man was caught on video taking a gold chain from the neck of a man while he was beaten on the ground. He allegedly pockets the jewelry and records video of the assault.
Six other people are charged with the actual assault…
