CINCINNATI — With a new curfew now in effect for teens in Cincinnati, police are trying a different approach to make sure it’s followed — one that may land some teens at a community center after hours instead of in juvenile detention.
The city’s new curfew requires anyone under 18 to be off the streets by 11 p.m., or as early as 9 p.m. in certain areas downtown, in response to recent upticks in violence.
