CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The woman accused of running down three children in Walnut Hills faces additional charges Monday.
A grand jury indicted Jada Luckey on a total of eight felonious assault charges, although the number of victim remains the same at four.
During her initial arraignment, the assistant prosecutor said Luckey was trying to leave the area around the Alms after a fight. As she was leaving, he says she hit three children and tried to run over another person participating in a fight.
One of the three children, a two-year-old boy, was paralyzed on his left side. He was dragged under Luckey’s car, according to investigators…
