CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A judge is set to appoint a doctor to conduct a psychological evaluation on Rodney Hinton, the man accused of deliberately hitting and killing Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy Larry Henderson.
Hinton returned to court on Wednesday, facing the possibility of the death penalty if convicted.
