CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A federal grand jury has indicted a Cincinnati man accused of making online threats to shoot and kill Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers.
38-year-old Anthony Marcus Kelly faces a two-count indictment for making threats to assault or murder a United States official and for making threatening interstate communications.
Charging documents reveal that between June 26 and July 17, Kelly allegedly used the social media username “Slab” to post multiple threats against ICE officers. He reportedly detailed his acquisition of firearms to carry out these threats…
