18 horses seized from local equestrian center after investigation into abuse, neglect

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — It’s a case of abuse and neglect.

Cincinnati Animal CARE said their humane agents seized 18 horses from a local equestrian center on Tuesday.

They say they received a report that two horses had been removed from the same facility and surrendered to a rescue. Cincinnati Animal CARE said one of those horses that was surrendered to a rescue last Friday collapsed and had to be euthanized. The horses were seized after Cincinnati Animal CARE responded to multiple documented complaints to check the conditions at the facility…
