Cincinnati Man Indicted for Allegedly Threatening to Kill ICE Officers

CINCINNATI — A federal grand jury has indicted a 38-year-old Cincinnati man accused of making online death threats against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers.

Anthony Marcus Kelly was charged Wednesday in a two-count indictment with making threats to assault or murder a U.S. official and with transmitting threatening interstate communications.

According to court documents, between June 26 and July 17, Kelly allegedly used the social media username “Slab” to post repeated calls for violence against ICE agents. Prosecutors say he detailed his plans to obtain firearms and threatened to “shoot for the kill” if confronted by law enforcement…
