WEST PRICE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) – A driver is now charged with hitting a pedestrian in West Price Hill, who later died from his injuries.
Stephen McGowan was crossing Glenway Avenue near Overlook in a marked crosswalk on March 3.
Joseph Steimle was headed south on Glenway when he struck McGowan, according to court records…
