OHIO — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that left one person dead and two others injured Sunday afternoon in Warren County.
Troopers said the crash happened at about 12:29 p.m. on Dixie Highway, just south of Manchester Road. According to investigators, a 2005 Buick LaCrosse driven by 88-year-old Juanita Sebastian of Franklin veered left of center, crossing the highway median and striking a 2015 Kia Sedona head-on.
All three people involved were taken to local hospitals. Sebastian was later pronounced dead at Atrium Medical Center. The two occupants of the Kia suffered non-life-threatening injuries, though officials have not released additional details on their conditions…
